As you can tell by the picture, everything around here is green right now. No color adjustment was needed. Our garden is just getting started, but I’m very, very excited about it this year. We’re trying lots of new things (including pumpkins and tomatillos) as well as the old familiar classics, so here’s hoping for fresh veggies in couple months time.

Beautiful spread! I’m jealous of all your space, I’ve only some large pots to do some container gardening in my apartment. The pups seem to dig the greenery, how long did you have to wait for them to stand still?

They’re actually pretty easy to photograph if you catch them between bursts of crazy energy. There are a couple from the same series where they’re basically black and white blurs over green, but they slow down every so often and catch a breather.
I’ll get some more pictures up of our garden and yard as everything starts growing more. We also have two huge grapevines (Concord, not really wine-making grapes, but tasty and good for jam), two raspberry beds, strawberries, some lemongrass we’re hoping comes back, and lots of other random stuff. The non-edibles look pretty nice too once they’re rolling (including a rose bush section, some heat-resistent stuff that’s actually quite nice, peonies, lilacs, and several huge clumps of native prairie grass. I give it all a month or two before things are really going off.
